New Laws Give Landlords even More Reason to go Green
Landlords across Australia are now required under new laws to disclose the energy efficiency of buildings to all potential new tenants. As of late last year the Commercial Building Disclosure (CBD) Program came into affect resulting in owners of properties larger than 2000 sqm to provide a Building Energy Efficiency Certificate (BEEC).
