Could Not Recommend Green and Gold Highly Enough

For anyone who is interested in purchasing a solar power installation I could not recommend Brett Adams and Green and Gold Solar highly enough.

For a start, I live in Bundaberg and I believe Brett works out of the Gold coast area or Brissy. My wife arranged for him to come and see us at about 10 am because I was due to travel to work. We had no idea that he would have had to get up and going by 6 am to be on time for our appointment, which he was. (First plus).

When he arrive, he was polite, courteous and knowledgeable regarding his product. My wife and I felt at ease and under absolutely no pressure the whole time he was with us. (Second plus).

Unlike some of the previous people we had spoken to regard the installation, Brett was able to fully inform us of all the how’s, when’s and whys pertaining to us having solar installed. (Third plus).

Once we had agreed on the size of our installation, we arranged a date for it to all happen. On the said date and time the blokes who were to install the solar for us arrived. Not only did they arrive on time, they only took as long as they said they would to install it. (Fourth plus).

Once the solar was installed the fitter did not just leave, they stayed for as long as it took for them to be sure we were fully aware of how the equipment functioned. (Fifth plus).

All in all, cost and experience, for what we have gained, it has been a pleasure for my wife and myself to have dealt with Brett and his crew. Thank you from both of us.

Very Happy with the Whole Process!

I am very happy with how the whole process went from the site inspection and explanation, to the quote, the install, and follow-up.

The install team were sub-contractors organised by Green and Gold Solar called NEXTGen and were highly professional and qualified. On site for my install, they had three members two of whom were qualified master electricians. The wiring and overall workmanship was neat, they constantly communicated with me to ensure I knew what was going on, and they ensured I understood the workings of the system they were installing.

Out of the companies who responded to my enquiry, Green & Gold were the most efficient. They made the appointment quickly, their salesman was knowledgeable, and he knew his product.
The others were simply hoping to take an order, and were way behind in efficiency and product knowledge. All three prices were very similar though, so I chose Green and Gold for their service.
